Hi there, and welcome to this short, monthly UHK status update!
We’ve been effectively catching up with pending orders in August and keep closing the gap. There was a week-long pause in production at the end of August due to a delayed part which we'll receive tomorrow. Apart from that part, we're well-stocked, and we expect a strong September in terms of production.
New orders are expected to ship in late October, and we’ll update the delivery status page every weekend.

so just out of curiosity how many orders could be delivered in the next month which usually has a proven active duration of maximum 2 weeks?
Hi Dinu,
The mentioned two weeks are rather on the lower end. The number is in the hundreds. There are significant gaps between order ids, assuming you're trying to use them as a basis of your calculation.
I recently ordered UHK from South Korea last week or so despite the fact that the exhange rate is crazy nowdays.
Would be awesome if the company ships in October as expected but if it has to be waited longer, I will just keep hoping that the world go crazier and exchange rate will maintain its crazy status (j/k).
Really hoping my decision was right and I will be the leader of the new split keyboard trend among my co workers (most of us use portable external keyboards.. being accountants)

I ordered mid-May and you tell me that my order might be shipped in October? Are you serious?
I really don't understand how you estimate your production/fulfillment at all.
You keep spreading the info that new orders will be shipped in October. Meaning ordering now gives people roughly a month of delivery time while people that ordered earlier have to wait almost half a year for their product? How come?
Hi Daniel,
We're behind schedule despite our best effort, largely due to reasons outside of our control, such as the global chip shortage. We've secured enough parts, but it's been an uphill battle.
We think October is a realistic shipping estimate for your order, and as always, we can provide a refund if requested.
We expect to catch up quicker than before; hence new orders should wait less than old ones.

do you have new updates from your production site?
Seems like my #12920 won't ship in September but might do it in October. You said this in your weekly: "To give you a rough idea regarding your place in the queue, the order id of the first pending order to be shipped is #12066, and the last order is #13675, which is expected to ship in late October 2022."
Are these realistic estimates? Can you really ship around 600 orders in one month? That would mean my order might get shipped somewhere mid October.
Any Info would be appreciated.

Yes, according to our progress, we should indeed ship your order in October.
There are gaps between order ids, so we don't have to ship 600 orders in a month.

Yes. I'm sorry, but the chip shortage has affected us severely, and we're doing our best to catch up. As always, we provide refunds on request.
Okay .. I am very happy with my UHK 1 and will wait for the UHK 2 than. At least I know now how long (hopefully)
