If in our sole judgment you fail, or we suspect that you have failed, to comply with any term or provision of these Terms of Service, we also may terminate this agreement at any time without notice and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination; and/or accordingly may deny you access to our Services (or any part thereof).

These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hungary, especially by Act V of 2013 on the Hungarian Civil Code.

2. Terms and Conditions of Service

Order Registration

When you place your Order for the Product(s), you will be required to provide certain personal information, such as your address and billing information.
You represent and warrant that all such information is accurate and complete, and you shall ensure that such information is kept current.
We will send a confirmation e-mail which will detail the payment method and cost. You must check that all the details on this confirmation e-mail are correct and contact us as soon as possible if any details are incorrect.
The Company shall have no responsibility or liability for inaccurate information or information that later becomes outdated, and shall have no obligation to make efforts to determine the correct contact or shipping information.
You can update your information at any time prior to your product being shipped under the My Account page.
Your webshop account is mandatory for validating warranty claims. If you ask us to terminate your account, your warranty will be lost.
In the unlikely event that the goods are no longer available, or that we have made a pricing mistake, we will advise you of this. You will not receive an e-mail confirming acceptance of your order.
Images of products on this website are for illustrative purposes only. Your goods may vary slightly from the image shown on the website and will not include any of the pictured accessories, unless stated in the specification of the goods. Whilst goods may be shown assembled they may require assembly by you.
Whilst we try to be as accurate as possible, all information provided is approximate and is provided in good faith.
By placing an order with us, you agree to and accept these terms, as well as our privacy policy and the terms of use.
You can use our website to place an order by selecting the product you wish to buy and adding it to your basket. Items you do not require can be removed from your basket at any time.
Carriage charges (Shipping & Handling) will be shown prior to you placing your order.

Order Pricing and Payment

For our Pre-Order Products, we are offering a lower price which is not yet the final price. You will be charged at the time of placing the order. Orders without any payment made will be automatically canceled. Online payment methods are provided by SIX Payment Services. Your placing of an ​order constitutes your express agreement to the Company charging of your provided payment method at such time.
The purchase price does not include import duties, taxes and other government charges, which are your responsibility.

Faulty Goods

If there is a problem with the goods, please notify us by email or in writing providing details of the problem. It is helpful if you can provide us with a digital photograph of the problem as this normally saves you having to return the goods for inspection. We will deal with the matter in accordance with your legal rights.

If an exchange is necessary, this will be arranged without unreasonable delay and without charge. Replacement goods will not be dispatched until the original goods have been received at our warehouse and checked.
The cost of returning goods to us is your responsibility, however on inspection we will refund your reasonable postage costs, providing that the goods are found to be faulty. If the goods are not faulty, we will return them to you, however you will be required to cover our reasonable postage costs.

If an item is no longer available we will offer an alternative. However our liability will be to replace the faulty goods only and we are unable to guarantee an exact match. In this instance you will have the option of a refund.

General conditions

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel certain orders to anyone for any reason at any time.

We can't guarantee to be able to cancel orders within one work day from the time of cancellation requests because our order fulfillment operation is automated. If your order gets shipped in this period and you choose to return the goods, the shipping fees will be your expense.

You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by us.

Accuracy of billing and account information

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. In this case we will attempt to reimburse you for the amount of your order. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

Disclaimer of warranties; limitation of liability

The products sold on this website have been designed to comply with all relevant European legislation.
We do not guarantee, represent or warrant that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free.
We take all reasonable steps to ensure that this Website is available 24 hours every day, 365 days per year. However, websites do sometimes encounter downtime due to server and, other technical issues. Therefore we will not be liable if this website is unavailable at any time.
We do not warrant that the results that may be obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable.
You agree that from time to time we may remove the service for indefinite periods of time or cancel the service at any time, without notice to you.
You expressly agree that your use of, or inability to use, the service is at your sole risk.
