We’ve been effectively catching up with pending orders in November and closing the gap. We expect to catch up fully in January.
New orders are expected to ship in January, and we’ll update the delivery status page every weekend.

Hey I just read your last delivery status update and wanted to ask if the sentence "we expect to ship all pending orders by the end of January" means, that no palm rest orders will be shipped until the end of january whatsoever? That would be a huge bummer, because I am only about 50 order numbers away from the next one to ship and you said my order would potentially arrive in December.
Or is it still possible, that new palm rests arrive and the sentence just means, that all orders will be fulfilled by the end of January? (so my order might arrive before the end of the year).

Hi Theo! New palm rests will keep arriving in multiple small batches during January. Your order should be shipped earlier than the end of January, but we don't have a more accurate estimate yet.

this means all orders with a palm rest after 13715 will definitely ship in January now?
I'd rather prefer that way now to be fair, as I was concerned I would end up with a package on the porch without anybody home during the holidays :)
Also, do you dispatch orders without palm rest? Or it is first in first out, as orders with the palm rest will block the rest of the orders?

Hi Giovanni,
Orders with palm rests will ship in January, but other orders will ship in a week. Generally, we adhere to our first-come, first-served policy, but we need to ship orders whenever possible to catch up with pending orders fully.
