We’ve been effectively catching up with pending orders in October and keep closing the gap.
New orders are expected to ship in January 2023, and we’ll update the delivery status page every weekend.

Laslo can you provide some information about the number of wrist rests that you are expecting on 2022-11-02. At least this will help people to have more trust in your delivery page update.

Hi Dinu-Ioan! The number is in the hundreds, but there are gaps between order ids, and there are many orders without palm rests, so the exact number is meaningless.

Thank you for building this devices although i wasn't one of the more patient customers i am really happe with it to almost forgot how long i have waited for it. The long waiting times aren't your fault so give credit where credit is due. It's an amazing keyboard and working with it feels so nice and clicky :D
Now if you tell me you are selling a german keycap layout seperately, i'd instantly buy it.

Hi, could you give a bit more info on what "effectively catching up" exactly means? I placed my order under the assumption that while things are going a bit slow, my order will be shipped in October or at least November. Now suddenly order numbers not that much higher than mine are expected to be shipped in January. That is a pretty big difference and I can't quite comprehend how these two statements (catching up vs another 3 month delay) fit together. Considering the fact that apparently this has been going on for months (reading older comments), I am a bit concerned I might be waiting way longer than anticipated.

Hi Theo! "effectively catching up" loosely means that we're fulfilling much more orders than new orders per month. Still, our projections were too optimistic. Chances are good we'll ship your order in December.

Hi there! I'm unsure how practical it'd be to add the white display to our webshop, as we cannot supply its PCB, so one has to desolder the old display and solder the new display, potentially wrecking the PCB of the LED display.
i haven't even noticed that pictures got a red display while mine is white. lol.
on the other hand, i haven't even realized that there are additional buttons below the mod/space buttons too. was in for a nice surprise there.

So is it save to assume that for the next 100 there are not enough palm rests and therefore it could come to another delay?
New orders are expected to ship in January due to the shortage of palm rests. I don't foresee another delay.
No I meant the next 100 keyboards which are already ordered.
From #12970 to #13070. Are those orderes have to wait on palm rests?

maybe to ease your waiting time a bit, 12920 with palmrests arrived here in germany just the other day. been using it since then and it's awesome. both for gaming and software-dev stuff :D
Well apparently there is another stop for orders with palm rest for the next 2 weeks. So I hope that the incoming amount of palm rests in two weeks are enough for the next 100 orders where my order is under.
