Where do you ship?
The UHK ships worldwide. We use DHL Express (worldwide) or EMS (Russia) to get your keyboards door to door as quickly and as safely as possible. We ship from Hungary to every country featured in our webshop.
Please note that we cannot ship to APO (military) addresses. Such packages will be returned to us by DHL!
How much does shipping cost?
The shipping cost is dependent on your location and the weight of your order. Go to our webshop, pick your country, fill up your cart, then the shipping fee will be featured on the cart page.
What about customs and taxes?
Customs charges and taxes may apply outside the EU. We don't know the exact amount because these expenses are country-specific.
Can you write down the customs value to lower my taxes?
We're sorry, but we must feature the real price of your order on the invoice according to accounting laws.
What is your warranty policy?
The UHK and its accessories are covered by an extensive 2-year warranty from the day you received them.
Can I return the purchased items?
You can return any item within 14 days from the time you receive them. We'll send a DHL or EMS courier to your address to pick up your package, but shipping will be your expense. To get an estimate of the shipping cost, go to our webshop, pick your country, put the item(s) to be returned into your cart, and take the shipping cost. Please note that we are not responsible for any fees or changes in currency exchange rate since your order was originally placed. To request a return, send us an email, and please do let us know the reason why you return the items to be returned. We deeply care about our products, and want to know what's the problem. Your honest feedback is much appreciated.
Can I exchange the keyboard with another of different parameters?
You can exchange the keyboard within 14 days from the time you receive it. You would have to pay shipping both ways: Ship the unit back to Hungary, and then purchase shipping for the new unit we'll send over. To get an estimate of the shipping cost, go to our webshop, pick your country, put the item(s) to be exchanged into your cart, take the shipping cost, then multiple it by two (because the goods have to be shipped back and forth).
