What's your return policy, and how can I return the items?

You can return any item within 14 days of receiving them. We'll send a DHL or EMS courier to your address to pick up your package, but shipping will be your expense. To get an estimate of the shipping cost, go to our webshop, pick your country, put the item(s) to be returned into your cart, and take the shipping cost. Please note that we are not responsible for any fees or charges in the currency exchange rate since you placed the order. Email us to request a return, and please let us know why you return the items; we deeply care about our products and want to know the problem. Your honest feedback is much appreciated.
