The UHK emits a high-pitched noise. How to reduce it?

The noise is generated by the LED driver ICs of the keyboard halves, and it's proportional to the brightness of the LEDs, which can be adjusted in Agent. By lowering the LED brightness in Agent, the noise will be reduced, too. Many other backlit keyboards emit such noise for the same reason. The noise is generally only slightly disturbing for some users in silent environments, and less than 1% of our customers contacted us about it. We did our best to minimize the noise in the design phase, but we couldn't reduce it further, and we'll be experimenting with alternative LED driver ICs that emit less audible noise in later products.
