If you have pending items to be shipped, you can change your address any time:
- If you ordered through the UHK webshop: you can change your address through your UHK webshop account. Please note that the updated address won't show up on your existing orders, but we'll ship your pending orders to the new address regardless.
- If you pre-ordered through Crowd Supply: you can change your address through your Crowd Supply account.
- If you made orders on both Crowd Supply and in the UHK webshop: you will need to update your addresses on both platforms, the UHK webshop account and the Crowd Supply account.
Rest assured, your pending items will be shipped to the updated address. Once your package is in transit, you can still change the address via the link featured in the notification email sent by DHL.
