How can I replace switches?

The UHK 60 v2 is hot-swappable, so you can replace its switches with the included keycap puller. Don't fully disassemble your UHK because the case prevents hot-swap sockets from ripping off while the switches are removed. As for the UHK 60 v1, you can only replace its switches by desoldering them. Please note that desoldering is not covered by our warranty, given the destructive nature of this operation.
